Clay Brown came to commercial real estate after a 21 year career in the US Navy. Prior to joining KW Commercial, he was the founding Commercial Broker at Remax Village Square, where he oversaw the business in all its facets.
Barbara Ismail’s career began in banking, with Citibank and American Express Bank, where she worked in Financial Institutions, Political Risk and headed Trade in Asia.
Both bring the expertise they earned in their previous jobs to Commercial Real Estate, offering superior financial and analytic skills, discipline and a wide range of experience to their negotiating styles and ability to source deals and bring them to closing.
In Commercial Real Estate, knowledge is critical. Closing a deal requires familiarity with the markets, including the properties available or coming available, the ability to calculate the real value of a building or business, and the skill to navigate the city or township political waters.
Both Barbara and Clay have worked in this arena for over 25 years between them. There isn’t much they haven’t seen in Commercial Real Estate, and even less they couldn’t solve. Solid background knowledge and confidence in their ability to tackle almost any business problem makes them your optimal guides in a confusing market.
